Autorízase asimismo al Gobierno para dictar las disposiciones reglamentarias que estime convenientes a fin de obtener que las empresas públicas de transportes efectúen éste por turno riguroso entre los distintos interesados y para imponer las sanciones en que incurran tales empresas en los casos de infracción sanciones que serán las establecidas en el artículo anterior.
