Todas las instituciones o fundaciones de utilidad común y las corporaciones o asociaciones, sin ánimo de lucro, cuyo objeto sea la prestación de servicios de salud, deberán aportar dentro del año siguiente a la determinación de que trata el artículo precedente, en la forma que señale el reglamento, la documentación correspondiente, se configurará causal de disolución y liquidación y se ordenará la cancelación de la personería jurídica respectiva.
