Aplicación. Lo dispuesto en el anterior artículo aplicará para los subsidios familiares de vivienda de interés social para áreas urbanas en la modalidad de adquisición de vivienda nueva que se asignen por el Fondo Nacional de Vivienda (FONVIVIENDA), con posterioridad al 06 de febrero de 2013.
