El deudor que abandone las cosas constituidas en prenda agraria, con daño del acreedor incurrirá en la pena de dos meses de arresto hasta tres años de prisión, según la importancia del daño, sin perjuicio de las responsabilidades que en tales casos incumben al depositario.
