La propiedad de los bienes muebles e inmuebles, derechos y obligaciones de los cuales sea titular el Departamento Administrativo del Deporte, la Recreación, la Actividad Física y el Aprovechamiento del Tiempo Libre (Coldeportes) quedarán en cabeza del Ministerio del Deporte, para lo cual se deberán adelantar los trámites ante las autoridades competentes para actualizar los correspondientes registros.
