ARTICULO 3o. El inciso segundo del artículo 9° del Decreto 2360 quedará así: “En todo caso las garantías otorgadas por una filial en el exterior de establecimientos de crédito del país podrán alcanzar hasta el cuarenta por ciento (40%) del patrimonio técnico de la institución acreedora, siempre y cuando la operación cuente con la aprobación de la Superintendencia Bancaria.”
