Junta Directiva Provisional. En el Decreto de creación de la nueva Cámara de Comercio, el Gobierno nacional designará al Presidente, Vicepresidente, y los miembros provisionales de la Junta Directiva, distinguiendo entre representantes del Comercio y del Gobierno, para lo cual podrá tener en cuenta los nombres de los comerciantes integrantes del Comité Promotor.

Los miembros así designados, deberán cumplir los requisitos mínimos legales exigidos para formar parte de la Junta Directiva.
