LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 18. Si un diplomático vendiere su automóvil lo comunicara al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y este al de Hacienda y Crédito Público, pero no habrá lugar con este motivo a cobro alguno de derechos de importación.

Artículo 18. Si un Diplomático vendiere su automóvil a un particular, lo comunicará así al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, que a su turno informará al de Hacienda, a efecto del cobro de los derechos a que haya lugar, según el demérito del carro.
