º. El numeral 14 del artículo 198 del Decreto-ley 960 de 1970, quedará así:
"El incumplimiento de sus obligaciones para con la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, el Fondo Nacional del Notariado, el Colegio de Notarios , sus empleados subalternos y las entidades de seguridad o previsión social".
