De conformidad con el artículo 16 de la Ley 915 de 2004, al Departamento de San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina podrán ingresar indistintamente de su origen toda clase de vehículos automotores, tractores, velocípedos, motocicletas y demás vehículos terrestres aéreos o marítimos, de acuerdo a las condiciones y requerimientos que para el efecto determine la Gobernación del Departamento como autoridad de transporte y tránsito competente.
