Autorícese al Ministerio de Educación Nacional para que con motivo de los 60 años de existencia del Politécnico Colombiano Jaime Isaza Cadavid cofinancie alguna de las iniciativas que la institución presente al Ministerio para incrementar su impacto en estudiantes de estratos 1, 2 y 3 de los grupos A, B y C del Sisbén IV y/o de población perteneciente a las minorías étnicas del departamento de Antioquia.
