Acreditación de laboratorios . La acreditación de laboratorios se realizará conforme a la normatividad vigente del sistema nacional de normalización, certificación y metrología, sin perjuicio del cumplimiento de los estándares sectoriales que para el tema defina el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social.

Parágrafo

Los Laboratorios Nacionales de Referencia y los laboratorios de salud pública departamentales y del distrito capital deberán orientar su gestión para el cumplimiento progresivo de los estándares de calidad requeridos para su acreditación. (Artículo 20 del Decreto 2323 de 2006)
