A partir de la entrada en vigencia de la presente ley, todas las referencias que hagan las disposiciones vigentes al Defensor del Cliente y a la Defensoría del Cliente se entenderán efectuadas al Defensor del Consumidor Financiero y a la Defensoría del Consumidor Financiero.
