Art. 4.° La instrucción secundaria o media, comprende los ramos do literatura i de ciencias aplicadas que constituyen el cuadro de estudios de la Escuela de Literatura i Filosofia de la Universidad nacional. Esta enseñanza tiene por objeto preparar a los educando con estudios completos, para las carreras profesionales.
