Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para que celebre, con las Naciones con que crea conveniente hacerlo, acuerdos comerciales provisionales, tomando como base el modelo aconsejado por el Comité Económico de la Sociedad de las Naciones en su sesión del mes de junio de 1929.
