° P Las infracciones a lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto serán sancionadas con una multa en favor del Tesoro Nacional, igual al valor de la operación realizada, que impondrá el Superintendente Bancario de conformidad con sus atribuciones legales. Las providencias de la Superintendencia Bancaria a pie se refiere este artículo, serán apelables en el efecto suspensivo ante el Ministro de Hacienda v Crédito Público.
