Círculo de Suboficiales. El Círculo de Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares seguirá funcionando como una dependencia del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional y su dirección estará a cargo de una Junta Directiva, en los términos y para los efectos de los Decretos 1826 de 1962 y 1132 de 1963.
