La distribución de los beneficios no autoriza a los asociados ni a los terceros para intervenir en los negocios sociales, y deberán atenerse únicamente al balance y a las cuentas tal como hayan sido aprobados por la Asamblea General, quien determinará la forma y términos para el pago de las utilidades y bonificaciones a los socios.
