Las sumas que fueren necesarias para el acondicionamiento, equipo y vigilancia del pabellón de encausados de que se ha hablado, y para la adquisición de los vehículos de que trata el artículo anterior, se tomaran del presupuesto ordinario del Ministerio de Justicia, quedando el Gobierno autorizado para hacer los traslados del caso y abrir los artículos nuevos que hubiere necesidad de abrir.
