Calificación de los periodos improductivos en las empresas agrícolas. Para los fines de la calificación de los periodos improductivos en las empresas agrícolas, se entiende por cultivos de mediano rendimiento aquellos que exijan un periodo superior a un (1) año e inferior a tres (3) años entre su siembra y su primera cosecha, y por cultivos de tardío rendimiento aquellos que requieran un periodo superior a tres (3) años entre la siembra y su primera cosecha.
