ARTICULO 10 . La Superintendencia de Cambios podrá practicar visitas, con las mismas facultades descritas en el artículo anterior, a aquellos establecimientos, oficinas o domicilios donde se realicen operaciones de cambio en forma profesional sin la debida autorización.
