La alimentación que se suministre a los menores internados en los establecimientos públicos de que habla esta Ley se dará de acuerdo con las prescripciones del Consejo Nacional de Protección Infantil.

Prohibese celebrar contratos para el suministro de alimentación de los menores a que se refieren los anteriores artículos.
