: Establécese como unidad monetaria de la Nación el peso de oro de un gramo seiscientos setenta y dos miligramos de peso (1.672) y novecientos milésimos de fino (0'900).

Parágrafo

Las obligaciones contraídas por el Gobierno antes de La vigencia e esta ley por moneda de oro distinta de la que el presente articulo establece, serán pagadas en la moneda en que se contrajeron.
