º. Los empleados que desempeñen los cargos de Jefe de Grupo, Nivel Ejecutivo, Grado 9 de la Oficina Jurídica y Jefe de Sección, Nivel Ejecutivo, Grado 9 de las Oficinas de Planeación y de Control Interno, podrán tener derecho a la asignación de prima técnica siempre y cuando los titulares de estos empleos satisfagan los requicitos y condiciones establecidos en el Decreto extraordinario 720 de 1978 para el otorgamiento de este beneficio.
