La contribución del Ministerio de Fomento que autoriza el artículo anterior, se tomará del Capítulo 72, artículo 781, del Presupuesto de Gastos de la vigencia fiscal en curso, y se pagará al funcionario de manejo que la Secretaria Nacional de Asistencia Social (Sendas), determine, con sujeción a las normas legales del régimen fiscal respectivas y a las que para el efecto fije la Contraloría General de la República.
