Autorización para Izar la Bandera Colombiana. El derecho de izar la bandera colombiana, derivado de la matrícula y registro de las naves, tendrá carácter permanente. Cuando se lleve a cabo como consecuencia de la expedición de Pasavante otorgado por el Cónsul Colombiano, su carácter será temporal y restringido, válido para la navegación hasta el puerto de matrícula y únicamente por noventa (90) días, tal como se establece en el artículo 90 del Decreto ley 2324 de 1984.
