Evaluación del desempeño. Las entidades públicas deberán garantizar el acceso y la accesibilidad, de la información para la evaluación del desempeño laboral de las personas con discapacidad, y para tal efecto realizarán los ajustes razonables, materiales, inmateriales y logísticos necesarios para eliminar todo tipo de barreras incluidas las actitudinales, comunicativas y físicas como lo establece el numeral 5 del artículo 2° de la Ley 1618 del 2013 y deberán disponer de las medidas diferenciales requeridas, con el propósito de garantizar su evaluación equitativa y adecuada.
