Créanse igualmente los siguientes Juzgados: el 3° del Circuito de Cúcuta; el 2° del Circuito de San Andrés (Santander); el 3° de Málaga, y el 2° de Calarcá Caldas).

Estos Juzgados tendrán el mismo personal y asignaciones de los similares de su clase.
