ARTICULO 4.2.0.4.3 .- FACULTADES DE LA JUNTA MONETARIA. En relación con las funciones del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras, la Junta Monetaria tendrá las siguientes facultades

Rendir concepto previo favorable sobre las características de los títulos que emita el Fondo y las operaciones financieras que vaya a realizar cuando no estuvieren contempladas en el presente estatuto, y

Señalar, si lo estima conveniente, límites al endeudamiento del Fondo, o al otorgamiento de avales o garantías por parte del mismo. CAPITULO V. DE LAS INVERSIONES
