Composición de los Comités Sectoriales. Los Comités Sectoriales estarán integrados con funcionarios de las entidades gubernamentales competentes en las materias propias del Comité, quienes tendrán carácter permanente u ocasional según los asuntos a tratar y se designarán expresamente por los Ministros o los directores de las mismas. Los Comités Sectoriales serán presididos por el Viceministro de Comercio Exterior, en ellos participará uno de los Asesores del Consejo Superior de Comercio Exterior y se regirán por el reglamento de funcionamiento que expida el Ministro de Comercio Exterior.
