Tratándose de la inscripción extraordinaria en la carrera a la cual se refiere el artículo 22 de la Ley 27 de 1992, recibida la solicitud, la respectiva Comisión del Servicio Civil deberá efectuarla, dentro del mes siguiente, si fuere procedente. El empleado así inscrito gozará de los derechos inherentes a la carrera administrativa, a partir de la fecha en la cual se efectúe la correspondiente anotación.
