Mora en el pago de la Contribución Nacional de Valorización (CNV) en el sector transporte. El pago extemporáneo de la contribución de valorización - CNV en el sector transporte, causará intereses moratorios en los términos de los artículos 634 y 635 del Estatuto Tributario o la norma que los modifique, adicione o sustituya. En todo caso, los intereses de mora se liquidarán a la tasa de interés vigente al momento del respectivo pago.
