Corresponde a las Direcciones Territoriales del Ministerio del Trabajo, de conformidad con el artículo 91 del Decreto-ley 1295 de 1994, y el artículo 20 de la Ley 1562 de 2012, o las normas que las modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan, imponer las sanciones por incumplimiento de lo dispuesto en este decreto por parte de los Empleadores y Administradoras de Riesgos Laborales.
