Expedición Pasaporte Oficial Al Cónyuge O Compañero(A) Permanente

Expedición pasaporte oficial al cónyuge o compañero(a) permanente. Se expedirá pasaporte oficial al cónyuge o compañero(a) permanente que resida con quien tiene el derecho a la expedición del pasaporte oficial conforme a este capítulo, excepto en los casos contemplados en los numerales II y III del artículo 2.2.1.5.2.1 de este decreto.

Parágrafo

En los casos que sean necesarios, se expedirá pasaporte oficial al cónyuge extranjero, dejando constancia que su expedición no significa reconocimiento de la nacionalidad colombiana ni constituye prueba de la misma.
