De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 1° de la Ley 7ª de 1944, el "Acuerdo entre la República de Colombia y la Organización para la Prohibición de las Armas Químicas sobre Privilegios e Inmunidades de la OPAQ", hecho en La Haya el 12 de septiembre de 2006, que por el artículo 1° de esta ley se aprueba, obligará al País a partir de la fecha en que se perfeccione el vínculo internacional respecto de la misma.
