El auxilio a que la presente Ley se refiere, se pagara al Municipio de Pereira en dos cuotas de a cien mil pesos ($100.000.00) cada una, y para tal efecto se incluirá forzosamente en las Leyes nacionales de Apropiaciones correspondientes a las vigencias fiscales de los años de 1944 y 1945. Si así no ocurriere, facultase al Gobierno para arbitrar los recursos indispensables para el fiel y oportuno cumplimiento de esta Ley.
