º . Régimen de inhabilidades e incompatibilidades. Los miembros del Comité de Clasificación de Películas no podrán tener parentesco entre sí hasta el cuarto grado de consanguinidad, segundo de afinidad, primero civil o estar ligados por matrimonio o unión permanente. A los miembros del Comité de Clasificación de Películas les será aplicable en cuanto al cumplimiento de sus funciones, las incompatibilidades e inhabilidades establecidas en las normas vigentes y las causales de impedimento y recusación que la ley consagra.
