Selección del contratista. Los contratos de prestación del servicio educativo con establecimientos educativos no oficiales de alta calidad se celebrarán de manera directa, de conformidad con lo establecido en el literal h) del numeral 4 del artículo 2° de la Ley 1150 de 2007. Lo anterior, sin perjuicio del deber de la entidad territorial certificada de aplicar el principio de selección objetiva y de los respectivos establecimientos educativos no oficiales de alta calidad de cumplir los requisitos de calidad previstos en el artículo anterior y los demás que establezca el Ministerio de Educación Nacional para la celebración de este tipo de contratos.
