Artículo único. Para los efectos del decreto número 575 de este año, se comprenden bajo el nombre de empleados del ramo telegráfico, únicamente los Inspectores de las líneas telegráficas, los Telegrafistas, los Ayudantes de éstos i los Guardas del telégrafo.
