Art. 220. cuando es un juicio de ejecución se admitan tercerías excluyentes o coadyuvantes, el ejecutado recobra el derecho que al practicarse las diligencias ejecutivas tiene según el artículo 1027 del código judicial y los anteriores al presente, para denunciar sus bienes, de la pertenencia del ejecutado, a menos que se constituya nueva fianza de saneamiento.
