ARTICULO 3.5.1.6.- TRANSFERENCIA DE LOS VALORES DEPOSITADOS. La transferencia de los valores que se encuentren en un depósito centralizado de valores, podrá hacerse por el simple registro en los libros del mismo, previa orden escrita del titular de dichos valores. Cuando se trate de títulos nominativos la transferencia se perfeccionará por la inscripción en el libro de registro de la entidad emisora, para lo cual el depósito centralizado de valores comunicará la operación a dicha entidad.
