Artículo primero. Hácense extensivas las disposiciones de los artículos 1º y 2º del Decreto 1349 de 22 de mayo de 1953 a las actuaciones administrativas sobre petróleos, de que trata el código sobre la materia. Queda en estos términos modificado artículo 74 del código de petróleos.
