Los empleadores obligados por ley a pagar subsidio familiar, anexarán a su declaración de renta y patrimonio el certificado de paz y salvo de que trata el artículo anterior, y las oficinas liquidadoras de las Administraciones de Hacienda Nacional verificarán que el valor recibido por el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) corresponda exactamente al dos por ciento (2%) del total de los salarios declarados por el contribuyente y sobre los cuales solicita la deducción.
