Parágrafo

Los funcionarios y empleados de la Rama Judicial que no optaron por el régimen establecido en los Decretos 57 y 110 de 1993, tendrán derecho a partir del 1º de enero de 1994, a un incremento del 21% de la remuneración contemplada en el artículo 17 del Decreto 57 de 1993.
