Los servicios de titulación colectiva en favor de las comunidades negras de que trata la presente ley serán gratuitos y por la inscripción y publicación de las resoluciones de adjudicación que expida el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria no se cobrará derecho alguno.
