Investigar y sancionar las faltas disciplinarias de los Curadores Urbanos y ex Curadores Urbanos, en el desarrollo de sus funciones, sin perjuicio del poder preferente que podrá ejercer la Procuraduría General de la Nación. 27. Investigar y sancionar las faltas disciplinarias de los Servidores y ex servidores públicos, en el desarrollo de sus funciones, sin perjuicio del poder preferente que podrá ejercer la Procuraduría General de la Nación. 28. Las demás que señale la Ley”.
