Artículo único. Sepárase el Departamento de correos i telégrafos nacionales de la Secretaría de Guerra i Marina, i adscríbese a la del Tesoro i Crédito nacional.

Parágrafo

Por los respectivos Secretarios se dictarán las providencias del caso para que este decreto surta sus efectos inmediatamente.
