ARTICULO 42. DOCUMENTOS DEL CONTRATO. Harán parte integrante del contrato de concesión para la prestación del servicio de la telefonía móvil celular, además de la minuta que suscriben las partes, el pliego de condiciones, las propuestas de los oferentes incluyendo todos sus anexos y los reglamentos que en relación con el servicio y con las redes expida el Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
