Artículo primero. Decláranse exentas de la congelación de los precios de los arrendamientos, establecida por el artículo primero del Decreto número 1070 de 1956, aquellas propiedades inmuebles que en 31 de diciembre de 1955 se hallaren administradas por una entidad de crédito, mediante contrato de anticresis legalmente celebrado, y cuyo canon de arrendamiento se hubiere fijado al propietario en consideración exclusiva a las cuotas de amortización que éste deba pagar a dicha entidad por razón de los créditos que le hubieren sido otorgados.
