º . Consulta de la solicitud. La fecha a partir de la cual transcurrirá el término para la consulta de la solicitud de patente por parte de terceros de que trata el artículo 41 de la Decisión 486, se entenderá en concordancia con el artículo 40 de la misma, teniendo en cuenta que el término de los 18 meses se contará desde la fecha de la solicitud presentada o desde la fecha de la prioridad si ésta hubiese sido invocada.
